when the Common Wealth Games was on the floor of this city,and the prestige promotion was in the plan, it was said that something that can't be hidden can be altered for sometime.The shelters have been made for them in the outskirts of the city and the Govt were keen to give them the dwell but only for those periods.

Have you ever thought that what can be done to get rid from this problem. either to write a letter to the Prime minister or try to make them attentive that they are also living in the country where with the concept of We, the people of India live.
The words will do nothing for their sake or the betterment. Something can be really done for their livings and foodings. What sort of thinking is in the frame of the Govt is not known to the general people. By crossing them on the streets you will either pay him the coin of a single rupee or in a fit of a rage will utter yaar this is ridiculous! The single penny is not worthy for them. Beg for them not make them beggars.
