Acceptability and vulnerability two very common traits of we indians are having a tug of war.None is second to other so no clear winner over here but one thing has evolved between this all regularity.Yes we have accepted these scams as a regular stuff.
Right from Harshad Mehta & Ketan Parekh playing with the market to lalu yadav toying with fodder worth Rs.900 crore.Even scams were on their route to evolvement technically and technologically yes , with entrepreneur scammers like Raju touching 14,000 crore mark with satyam or A.Raja taking it to new heights of rs 1.76 lakh crore with 2G spectrum.We have always been a sports crazy nation so sports were never to lag behind.Lalit Modi took the initiative with the IPL scam followed bay a giant leap by Suresh Kalmadi with CWG scam to be the biggest sports scam in Indian history.Today the wind which zips past us carries the smell of one or the other scam,some hidden,some open,some opening shortly.......I wonder how long will the day take to come when these multiplexes will start booking shows for these scams.
Currently running Fodder 900,Bookings open Satyam 14,000,next change 2G spectrum.The dish of revenge tastes good when served cold seems to be our mantra while dealing with all these scams.We all are taking our revenge by keeping numb just making it another run of the mill stuff.Making it a habit to have scams around us ,know about them discuss them eat and sleep,get up forget it and live your life
What a scam was to my father is not the same to me and I can't imagine what value will it hold for people when my 1 year daughter becomes adult to cast her vote.To what we feel hurt about Scams happening today the next generation will also feel hurt but for scams not happening ......If it happens so.
